Converted from a portico once used as a sawmill (some of the original 18^th and 19^th century masonry work is still visible), this guest house is 90m² in size, and full of character. Its two floors are both accessible from the garden and linked by an internal staircase. 

The upstairs living area includes a kitchen corner fully equipped with fridge, kitchen stove with 4 hobs and oven, dishwasher. The bedroom is separated by a large sliding door.

Some steps lead down to the bathroom (with tub), constructed under an ancient vaulted ceiling. Further steps lead to a spacious room giving direct access to the garden. This room is used as a  lemon house in winter, and may be used during the summertime as a bedroom for up to three guests.

Guests can relax sunbathing or having breakfast on two private balconies overlooking a grove of camellias, through which glimpses of Lake Maggiore can be seen.
